Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

GOLDENBULLS SOCCER ACADEMY
At Goldenbulls Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality athletic programs and services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and it’s important to have a fair and transparent refund policy in place. General Policy Registration fees, training fees, and event fees are non-refundable except in the cases outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [organization email] and are subject to review. Eligible Refund Scenarios Program Cancellation If a program, season, or event is canceled by Goldenbulls Soccer Academy, participants will receive a full refund or the option to apply their payment to a future program. Medical Withdrawal Participants who suffer an injury or medical condition that prevents participation may receive a prorated refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses (e.g., uniforms, tournament fees), with a valid doctor’s note. Waitlisted Players If a player is placed on a waitlist and not offered a spot on a team or in a program, they will receive a 20% refund. Non-Refundable Situations Voluntary withdrawal from a team or program. Player and Parent need to pay the reminder of the balance. Dismissal due to behavioral issues or violation of team policies. Missed practices, games, or events for personal reasons. Travel costs or third-party tournament expenses. Player and Parent decide to move clubs. Additional Terms All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. An administrative fee of $25 may be deducted from all approved refunds. Uniform and merchandise purchases are final sale unless defective. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
