Each age group will have separate boys and girls teams.
Teams may be split by skill level (A/B teams) if enrollment is high.

Training & Development Program

Weekly Schedule (per team):

  • 2–3 Practices/week (1.5–2 hours each)
  • 1 Strength & Conditioning session/week
  • Monthly Team Building or Leadership Workshop
  • Bi-monthly Skills Clinic (position-specific)


Games

How many games will they play? What days of the week?

Girls: 10 Tournaments including Top Court Tournaments

Boys: 8 Tournament including AAU National Championship in July

Holiday Schedule

NO Practice

Thanksgiving: Nov 23rd-28th

Christmas/New Years: Dec 21st-Jan 1st

SEASON TIMELINE

Fall Season (Aug–Nov): Tryouts, team formation, local league

Winter Season (Dec–Feb): Tournaments, skill development

Spring Season (Mar–May): Travel tournaments, showcases

Summer (June–July): Camps, off-season training, beach volleyball

Optional beach volleyball division (summer)

Membership & Fees

Annual Fees Include:

  • Coaching and facility rental
  • Tournament entry fees
  • Uniform package
  • Insurance and administrative costs
  • Scholarships available based on financial need

Fundraising opportunities will be provided to help cover costs.

Parental Involvement

Parent orientation sessions

Volunteer opportunities (team parent, travel coordination)

Clear communication channel (TeamApp or similar)

Code of conduct for sideline behavior

Facilities & Equipment

Main training facility: Polytechnic University, Orlando, FL

Secondary facility for overflow or beach training: Lake Brantley High School

Equipment: balls, nets, training aids, uniforms provided
